Wild Forever Campaign
Keeping Voyageurs National Park Wild Forever
Wild Forever is a Voyageurs Conservancy comprehensive campaign to raise $2 million for projects and programs that will keep Voyageurs National Park wild today, and for future generations.
The Wild Forever Campaign will expand conservation work to preserve the park’s rare ecosystems, make this gateway to the great outdoors more accessible, and bolster education programs for youth.
Be a Part of Something Big, Pristine, and Wild…
Today, Voyageurs National Park faces new challenges. How will the park’s ecosystems face a shifting climate, invasive species, drought, and fires? How will we welcome a more diverse community to Voyageurs and make the park more accessible? How will we engage park stewards of the future when many of today’s youth spend their time indoors? Voyageurs Conservancy is ready to step up to help meet them.
Building on a 50-year legacy, the Conservancy is positioned to take action to ensure Voyageurs will be a thriving national park, the cornerstone of the community’s unique quality of place, and a source of inspiration for generations to come.
Help us reach our goal
Thanks to supporters like you and important grant partners, we have already raised $1,726,074 toward our goals and hope to complete the campaign by spring 2024. While we celebrate this moment, we invite you to join us – every gift counts toward the goal.
Success will require the same extraordinary generosity and commitment from individuals and families that led to Voyageurs’ creation. Please join us in this effort by making a gift to the Wild Forever Campaign.
Wild Forever Campaign Priorities
The Wild Forever campaign will bring together essential resources for these core areas of work:
WILD VOYAGEURS—Address multiple threats to water quality, fisheries, development, natural darkness, & habitat resiliency.
NEXT GENERATION—Increase programs & opportunities for children, young adults, and families to connect to the park.
VOYAGEURS EXPERIENCE—Expand & improve trails, accessibility, and the visitor experience.
CONSERVANCY RESILIENCY —Support the annual fund & expand resources needed to grow, incorporate emerging cultural work and improve equity & inclusion.
“We rely on our partner, the Voyageurs Conservancy for critical support.
The park wouldn’t be able to accomplish these projects without the generosity of Conservancy donors giving back to this special place. Thank you for joining the Forever Wild campaign.””
