What do you know about Minnesota's only National Park? We have 2.8 billion year old exposed rock, historic waterways during the fur trade, and some of the darkest skies in the country! Join us for this FREE teacher workshop to learn more about our unique area and how you can bring the park to your classroom.

Schedule:

8:45 - 9:00 - Arrival and networking. Coffee, tea and light snacks provided.

9:00 - 11:30 - Orientation to Voyageurs National Park, presentation on nature-based learning by Voyageurs Field Fellow, and interactive lessons/small group work.

11:30 - 12:00 - Brown bag lunch break (please bring your own lunch, light refreshments will be provided)

12:00 - 1:00 - Review and take home lessons.
