Voyageurs Mobile Classroom

Experience the wonder of Voyageurs National Park with our Mobile Classroom. Enjoy programs on the ecology, history, wildlife, and dark skies of Minnesota’s national park. The Mobile Classroom is an energizing experience that immerses students in nature from their school – no transportation needed!

Mobile classroom visits at a glance

These interactive, nature-based lessons are aligned with state academic standards and have pre- and post-activities included. We are currently serving the Duluth and Twin Cities metro areas!

1: Pre-Activity (45 - 60 minutes)

2: Activity (90 minutes): Includes a live mobile classroom visit with a Voyageurs Conservancy education professional

3: Post-Activity (60 - 90 minutes)

Subject focus changes each season:
Fall: Social Studies
Winter: English Language Arts
Spring: Science

Cost is $100 per visit, including provided pre- and post-lessons. Title 1 schools receive a 50% discount at time of registration. Additional scholarships are available!
